PPC Service Plan

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into the date set forth by and between DiCove Maze LLC ("DiCove") and “Client” (Business Name Provided). DiCove agrees to provide Client with Pay-Per-Click (hereinafter referred to as “PPC”) as described in this agreement. DiCove is authorized to use the specific keywords and/or phases set forth below for development, improving the ranking of, and/or positioning the contents of the Client’s URL(s), in the search engines and/or directories used by the general public to acquire new customers using said marketing methods.

Cost: $295 (*Receive 15% or 20% discount if bi-annually or yearly option selected)

*A minimum of $200 will be paid separately for the Pay-Per-Click advertising budget. This budget is separate from the service cost and may be adjusted to fit your affordability and business goals. This can be further discussed at the start of the service.

Termination: Client shall have the right to receive a refund and to cancel this agreement with no further obligation within 3 days from the start of this agreement.
