Reputation Management Service Plan

    THIS AGREEMENT is entered into the date set forth by and between DiCove Maze LLC ("DiCove") and “Client” (Business Name Provided). DiCove agrees to provide Client with Medical Reputation Management as described in this agreement. DiCove is authorized to manage the Client's online reputation using it's company tools and software.

    Cost: $145 or $295 (*Receive 15% or 20% discount if bi-annually or yearly option selected)

    Termination: Client shall have the right to receive a refund and to cancel this agreement with no further obligation within 3 days from the start of this agreement.
