Web Maintenance Plan

    THIS AGREEMENT is entered into the date set forth by and between DiCove Maze LLC ("DiCove") and “Client” (Business Name Provided). DiCove agrees to provide Client with Web Maintenance as selected by the client in this agreement.

    Cost: $125 or $375 or $745 (*Receive 15% or 20% discount if bi-annually or yearly option selected)

    If you chose additional design options those options will be charged separately after assessment of needs.

    Termination: Client shall have the right to receive a refund and to cancel this agreement with no further obligation within 3 days from the start of this agreement.
